1. Acceptance and scope
These terms apply to use of the Present Mic Discord bot in the MHA: Beyond community. By interacting with the bot or participating in channels where it provides moderation or utility functions, you agree to follow these terms, the MHA: Beyond server rules, Discord's Terms and Community Guidelines, and applicable law.
2. What Present Mic provides
Present Mic is a customized MEE6 bot that may provide onboarding messages, moderation, member and role automations, commands, XP/levels, polls, reminders, server statistics, alerts, embeds, birthday features, and other community utilities. Features may change, be restricted to certain roles or channels, or be unavailable without notice.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Present Mic to harass others, evade moderation, distribute malware or scams, expose private information, infringe rights, manipulate engagement, break Discord rules, or attempt unauthorized access to the bot, its tokens, accounts, dashboard, infrastructure, or data. Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, financial information, health information, or other highly sensitive data to the bot.
4. Moderation
Present Mic may automatically flag, block, delete, log, or respond to content and may assist moderators with warnings, timeouts, role changes, kicks, or bans where configured. Automated decisions can be imperfect. Ask an MHA: Beyond moderator to review a disputed action. Human moderators retain final responsibility for community enforcement.
5. Privacy and third-party services
Use of Present Mic is governed by the Present Mic Privacy Policy. Present Mic relies on Discord and MEE6; their terms and policies also apply to their services. Optional commands may call additional MEE6-provided services only when invoked or configured.
6. Availability and disclaimers
Present Mic is provided on an "as available" basis for a volunteer fan community. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the MHA: Beyond team disclaims warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free moderation, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of user content. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
7. Suspension, changes, and contact
Access to bot features may be limited or removed to protect users, enforce server rules, comply with law, or maintain the service. These terms may be updated as features or requirements change.
